PAYMENT

Little Red Peg uses a payment processor (Stripe) to take payment for all credit card orders. Little Red Peg does NOTstore any credit card information – all credit card information is processed by Stripe.

When placing an order with Little Red Peg you (the customer) confirm that you are authorised to use your selected credit card. Every care and duty within our power is taken to ensure this site is secure, and we make an effort to use all available technology and safety measures.
Therefore, Little Red Peg cannot be held responsible for any loss suffered because of unauthorised access to this site.

If payment is to be made by Bank Transfer or Cash then the goods will not be made/shipped until funds have been received. Bank transfer details will be provided with a confirmation of order email.

 

AVAILABILITY

The order confirmation you receive at the end of a transaction serves as an indication that we have received your order.

Although every effort is made to ensure the quantities and products are up to date on the website, very occasionally some items may not be available after you have placed an order for them, in this case, Little Red Peg will notify you as soon as possible via email and you can choose to either proceed with the remainder of your order and select an alternative item, or be refunded for the cost of the unavailable item.

SALES

From time to time we may offer sales and discount coupons on items within Little Red Peg.

Sales will happen without previous notice, Little Red Peg does not take any responsibility if items are purchased full price
and then the item goes into sale afterwards.

The discount codes will only be valid to the dates stated and after they have expired cannot be used again.

Each item is handmade and therefore there may be minor differences between items.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All purchases from Little Red Peg are final so please choose carefully!

Little Red Peg does not accept returns, unless an item is faulty or damaged on delivery.

If an item is damaged through delivery, please contact Little Red Peg immediately, explaining the damage and we will replace the item once it has been returned to us.
